From the time you purchase to the time it arrives at your front door, we recommend allowing 3-5 business days in the UK, 5-7 business days to Europe and 7-10 business days to the Rest of the World Please note, that delays caused by the delivery companies are outside of our control.


Returns & Refunds Policy

To process a refund, return your product in its original packaging to the returns address listed on the delivery slip. Once posted, contact us using our contact page and reference your order number.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returning Your Product for Refund

To return your product, you should mail your product to the returns address listed on your packaging slip. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item of over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
